Section 2: East <strong>of</strong> Roosevelt, North<br />
The current Roosevelt Towers and<br />
Madison Condos site on the eastern<br />
side <strong>of</strong> Roosevelt Boulevard will<br />
consist <strong>of</strong> six buildings fronting to<br />
Roosevelt Boulevard. Two larger<br />
buildings will be 8-story one- and<br />
two-bedroom apartment-style<br />
residential with ground floor<br />
commercial. Three smaller buildings<br />
will be six-story apartment-style<br />
residential with ground floor<br />
commercial. Another smaller 5-story<br />
building, which will not front the<br />
street, will consist <strong>of</strong> all apartmentstyle<br />
residential. To the east <strong>of</strong> this<br />
development, serving as a buffer to<br />
the existing single-family houses, will<br />
be the recreation area and green<br />
space with ball fields, tennis courts,<br />
and a public gathering area.<br />
