Section 3: East <strong>of</strong> Roosevelt, Central<br />
The central portion <strong>of</strong> the development east<br />
<strong>of</strong> Roosevelt Boulevard will be the<br />
entertainment sector, anchored by a movie<br />
theater. Attached to the movie theater will<br />
be the site’s only surface parking structure. In<br />
addition, four 6-story buildings will consist <strong>of</strong><br />
a mix <strong>of</strong> commercial and <strong>of</strong>fice use, and<br />
there will be two 8-story residential<br />
buildings. This section <strong>of</strong> the site contains<br />
more open space than the other sections, in<br />
order to encourage outdoor activity and<br />
promote commercial and residential uses<br />
that utilize the open space, such as<br />
restaurants with outdoor seating and<br />
pleasant areas with central features <strong>of</strong><br />
interest and creative landscaping.<br />
