Learning is different among individuals.Teachers must understand learners’ interests experiences and needs. Effective teaching ismotivating and pleasant experience.What is teaching?Learners do not have empty minds. They have experiences, habits and presumptions. Soteaching is stimulating them to absorb. It requires more then more knowledge of the subject.Agood teacher must know his subject thoroughly. He should understand the learners, psychologyand level of learning besides, a must have knowledge and skills in methods of teaching. In order toteach someone effectively a personal report is needed.
