Annual report Annually Council See chapter 12 of the MFMATable 35: PMS Reporting RequirementsThe present process is as follows:1. A planning template is approved as part of the Budget Process (i.e. Organisationalscore-card and SDBIP as per the Framework)2. A reporting template per departmental SDBIP for each quarter is developed by theIDP/PMS office and forwarded to all departments for completion and submission bythe 07th of the month after the end of the quarter3. The Actuals on the SDBIP is then captured into the Organisational Score-card forreporting, monitoring, evaluation and review purposes4. SDBIP meetings are arranged for each department for evaluation by the MunicipalManager within the month after the end of the quarter5. The final reviewed score-cards are forwarded to the Audit Committee6. At Mid-year a mid-year assessment and review is carried out on organizational anddepartmental performance7. The S57 score-cards are accordingly updated and evaluated either by the MunicipalManager or in the case of the Municipal Manager the appointed EvaluationCommittee8. The Annual Performance Report is prepared based on the evaluated and reviewed4th quarter score-cards8.6 ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT 2010/11An Annual Performance Report was compiled and formed a component of the AnnualReport for 2010/11.
