! SYRINGE TESTThis function is useful when testingmaterials with high solvent or volatilecontent. The purpose is to account forthe weight loss of material that normally wouldevaporate during the sample loadingprocess. By weighing the material in thesyringe before and after loading, a moreaccurate start weight can be entered. Anexternal balance with 0.1 mg resolutionis required for this function.Figure 50 SYRINGE TESTTo run a syringe test, highlightSYRINGE TEST in the DATA FORMAT SETUP menu, and toggle to ON.Return to FINAL TEST screen and press “START” to run a test as you normallywould.
