The North Wambo Creek Diversion Plan wassubmitted to DoP on the 28 April 2010 following comments fromDPI and DWE on the draft Plan.(a) Appendix A NWCD Design Report(b) Appendix B Tables 1, 2 and 3 NWCD RehabilitationPlan(c) detailed design of the system that would returnintercepted ground water to the alluvial aquiferdownstream of the open cut is not included in the Plan(d) Appendix C NWCD Construction Program providescommentary on the activity and tasks to be undertakenduring construction, describing how the diversionchannel works would be staged, and progressivelyintegrated with the mining operations.
