The municipal efforts to update its valuation roll are evidence of such as the municipalitycompleted the valuation update in July of 2011 and has since undertaken two supplementary valuations. Inthe absence of a Land Asset Register, the valuation roll has proven useful to the municipality inconsidering the acquisition of property for developmental purposes.23
