Besides these figures, the Institute of Shipping, Economics and Logistics (ISL)<br />
merchant fleet database also provided the number of Vietnamese registered<br />
ocean-going vessels as of 1 January 1998, based on a quarterly update by<br />
Lloyd’s Register of Shipping (see Tables 3.2.3 and 3.2.4).<br />
