Suspension or revocation of permit. The department shall have the authority to suspend orrevoke any permit <strong>for</strong> failure to comply with the provisions of this Article.Part 6 Construction Approvala.) Plan review. Upon request, the department shall provide construction application <strong>for</strong>ms<strong>and</strong> hydraulic analysis <strong>for</strong>ms <strong>for</strong> the approval of pool construction. All applications <strong>and</strong> anysupplemental data shall be submitted to the department <strong>for</strong> review.(1) Plan preparation. A ll dr awings, s pecifications a nd da ta a s r equired b y t hedepartment s hall be pr epared a nd s ubmitted b y a c ertified pool c ontractor at l eastfourteen (14) days prior to beginning construction.(2) Plan details. C omplete pl ans a nd de tails of t he pool c onstruction p roject s hallmeet t he r equirements as s et f orth in the d epartment’s cur rent “<strong>Swimming</strong> P oolConstruction Review Worksheet” <strong>and</strong> shall be a ccompanied b y p rints, i ncluding ahydraulic analysis of the pool piping <strong>and</strong> circulation equipment, <strong>and</strong> manufacturer’scut s heets a nd/or s pecifications on a ll e quipment. Samples of pool a nd/or f looringtiles or ot her s urfacing materials m ay be r equested by t he de partment. Prints ordrawings shall comply with st<strong>and</strong>ard architectural/engineering practice, <strong>and</strong> shall bearidentification of t he certified pool c ontractor. Other a dditional da ta or i n<strong>for</strong>mationmay be required by the department to clearly demonstrate <strong>and</strong> document the work tobe unde rtaken. Minimum pr int s cale s hall be one -eighth i nch pe r foot (⅛” / 1’)architectural, or one inch per ten feet (1” / 10’). A copy of approved pool plans shallbe maintained on the premises in the pool office or equipment room.(3) Additional data. A dditional data required b y the department <strong>for</strong> the purpose ofclarification, anticipated use of the pool or to support any changes in design or scopeof the project must be submitted prior to issuance of a permit to construct.(4) Changes to plans. Once department approval ha s b een granted <strong>for</strong> a pool ,construction must be in accordance with approved plans <strong>and</strong> specifications. S houldany changes in the pl ans become ne cessary during construction, a letter, describingany changes, revised plans <strong>and</strong> specifications from the certified pool contractor, shallbe s ubmitted t o the de partment f or r eview <strong>and</strong> a pproval pr ior t o i nitiation of s uchchanges. Previously submitted plans shall not be altered without prior approval fromthe department.(5) Plan review fee. A plan review fee shall be remitted to the department with theplans i n accordance w ith the de partment’s cur rent f ee s chedule.
