Force Feed Pumps<br />

The force feed pumps are attached to and driven by the lube box. Pump features include a<br />

one piece steel pump body, modular cast iron cylinder (barrel and plunger) assembly, hardened<br />

steel roller rocker arm, weatherproof construction and is suitable with mineral or synthetic<br />

lubricants.<br />

If the barrel and plunger fail on a force feed pump, replace the entire pump assembly. Do not<br />

repair a pump, except for replacement of external parts, such as spring, spring retainer,<br />

snap ring, outlet check valve and seal washer, rubber boot and or pump assembly to lube<br />

box.<br />

NOTE: THE FORCE FEED SYSTEM MUST HAVE A BLOW-OUT DISC BETWEEN THE<br />

FORCE FEED LUBRICATOR PUMP AND THE NO-FLOW SHUTDOWN. THE<br />

FORCE FEED SYSTEM MUST HAVE A WORKING NO-FLOW SHUTDOWN SET<br />

TO ACTUATE WITHIN THREE TO FIVE MINUTES AFTER INTERRUPTION OF<br />

THE LUBRICATOR OIL FLOW.<br />
