James was born on May 21,1826 in Dallas County, Alabama and is the son of James Skinner and Martha(Shirley) Skinner. James was previously married to Frances V. On December 7, 1897, Thomas Skinner married Mary Susan Mahan. Asof 1940, Thomas R. Skinner was living in Westhoff, Texas. Thomas Skinnerdied on March 27, 1943 and was buried in the City Cemetery in GonzalesCounty, Texas. On January 9, 1901, Julia Skinner married James F. “Jim”Thackston. In 1940, Julia (Skinner) Thackston was living in Corpus Christi,Texas. Julia (Skinner) Thackston died on October 6, 1968. A. B. Skinnermarried Iva May Rogers. On April 21, 1935, A. B. Skinner married a secondtime to Alma Williams. As of 1940, “A.
