Accordingto “Marriages of Maury County, Tennessee,” William Revier married Mary A.Williamson on April 24, 1837 in Maury County, Tennessee. According to theCertificate of Death of Caledonia Anne Bryan, her mother’s maiden name was“Fields.” Mary was born on January 27, 1818 in Illinois. In 1840, William“Revere” and his family were living in Maury County, Tennessee. The 1850census shows that William and Mary “Reviere” were still living in MauryCounty. Also living with them were: Jane Fields (born 1832), David O. Askew(born 1828) and Edward Fields (born 1839). From 1860 to 1870, the censusesshow that W. Revier died on September 6, 1898 in Hill County, Texas and was buried inHillsboro, Texas. Mary (Williamson) Revier died on March 9, 1899 in HillCounty, Texas and was buried in Hillsboro, Texas. On March 24, 1853, LouisaRevier married Griffith C. Walker in Williamsport, Tennessee. Louisa (Revier)Walker died on September 11, 1912 in Austin, Texas. On November 18, 1858,Caledonia Ann Revier married Finus Ewing Bryan, both direct ancestors of theauthors.
