Annie (Ladd) Teas died onNovember 25, 1901 and was buried in the Ladd Cemetery near Bakerville,Tennessee. In 1905, James Teas settled in Waverly, Tennessee. In 1910, JamesTeas was living with his children in Humphreys County, Tennessee. On June 5,1911, James Teas, Sr. married a second time to Mrs. Nannie Coldwell Harris(born 1870). Nannie was the widow of J. C. Harris who died on December 22,1906 and they were the parents of two children: J. C. Harris, Jr. and CatherineHarris who married Davis Porch. James and Nannie Teas lost their house in aspectacular fire in 1920. James Teas, Sr. died on July 23, 1932 and Nannie Teasdied in 1971. Altie Mary Teas died as an infant on October 1, 1896 inHumphreys County, Tennessee and was buried in the Ladd Cemetery nearBakerville, Tennessee.
