Ellen was born on April 5, 1946 in Enid, Oklahoma and isthe daughter of Glynn William Webster and Daphine (Wright) Webster. InAugust of 1967, Pat received a Bachelor of Business Administration. Upongraduation, Pat was employed by Campbell Soup Company and lived in Paris,Texas from August of 1967 to May of 1972. Pat’s last position at Campbell’swas Manager of Employee Relations.From 1972 to 1974, Pat attended Oklahoma City University School of Law. InAugust of 1974, he obtained a Juris Doctorate and was named “Graduate of theYear” by his legal fraternity, Phi Delta Phi. Upon graduation, Pat remained inOklahoma City and was employed by the law firm Felix, Bowman, McIntyreand McDivitt. Pat’s law firm specializes in business and tax planning fordevelopers, builders and real estate operators throughout the United States andactively represents clients in over thirty states. Pat authors the monthly article,“Tax Tips,” in the Oklahoma Homebuilder, Builder Review, IllinoisHomeBuilder and Florida Homebuilder and has several articles publishednationally in Journal Scope, Compendium of Investment Properties, Tax Ideasand Property Journal. He has also co-authored the chapter “Tax Considerations”in the NAHB Land Development Manual. Pat has conducted tax seminarsthroughout United States. He is a member of the National Association of HomeBuilders and is a member of the Taxation Committee and an alternate NationalDirector. Pat is legal counsel and a member of the Executive Committee for theOklahoma Home Builders Associaton and Central Oklahoma Home BuildersAssociation. He is admitted to practice before several Courts including theUnited States Supreme Court and the United States Tax Court. Pat and EllenCasey are the parents of two daughters:. . . Kimberly Kaye Casey, b. July 7, 1968, Paris, Texas. . . Julia Ann Casey, b. January 23, 1977, Oklahoma City, OklahomaIn May of 1977, Pat became a partner in his law firm. As of 1982, the firm’sname is McIntyre, McDivitt, Casey, Kivel and Cogdell. In July of 1979, Pat andEllen Casey moved to Norman, Oklahoma. In 1992, Pat and Ellen Casey weredivorced. On September 19, 1992, Pat Casey married Robi Sue Whitnah inOklahoma City, Oklahoma. As of 2003, Pat’s law firm is now called McDivittand Casey. On May 30, 1992, Kimberly Casey married William Scott “Bill”Nixon in Norman, Oklahoma. Bill was born on February 5, 1967 in Pittsburg,Pennsylvania is the son of Donald R. Nixon and Frances M. (Strecker) Nixon.Bill and Kimberly Nixon have three children: - William James Nixon, b. July17, 1998, Pennsylvania, - Johnathan Robert Nixon, b. October 3, 1999,Pennsylvania, - Justin Harold Nixon, b. January 17, 2001, Pennsylvania. As of1993, Bill and Kimberly Nixon were living in Pennsylvania. Julia Caseymarried Daniel “Horus” Kelly and they have one son: - Avery Firinn, b.
