Ifyou are not a root user, the operation will fail with an error message.Supported ClientsThis option is valid <strong>for</strong> AIX clients only. The <strong>Tivoli</strong> <strong>Storage</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> API does notsupport this option. The server can also define this option.Options FileSpecify this option in the server stanza of the system options file, dsm.sys, toenable snapshots <strong>for</strong> all the file systems on the client. You can override theclient-wide option <strong>for</strong> a specific operation by specifying this option on thecomm<strong>and</strong> line <strong>for</strong> the backup image comm<strong>and</strong>. You can also override theclient-wide option <strong>for</strong> a specific file system using the include.image statement inthe dsm.sys file.
