Airfield obstruction andNAVAID surveys embrace surveying operations involved in obtaining accurate and complete NAVAIDand associated airport/heliport-obstruction and geodetic-positioning data. A precise geographic positionof these navigational facilities is required to support the FAA and a wide range of NAS activities. AOCsurveys provide source information on-- Runways and stopways.
