Operating the answering machine of the <strong>Twist</strong> 610 basePicking up a call from the answeringmachineYou can pick up a call while the answeringmachine is recording or is being operatedvia remote operation:c/ §Accept§Press the talk or display key.Recording stops <strong>and</strong> you can speak to thecaller.If 2 seconds of the call have already beenrecorded when you pick it up, the callwill be displayed as a new message.The f key on the h<strong>and</strong>set flashes.You can answer the call even if it is notsignalled on the h<strong>and</strong>set.Diverting an external call to theanswering machineYou can divert an incoming external call tothe answering machine even if it is deactivated.Precondition: Sufficient memory space isavailable on the answering machine.An external call is signalled on the h<strong>and</strong>set:Ô Select display key.The answering machine immediatelystarts in recording mode <strong>and</strong> records thecall. The set time for ring delay(¢ page 52) is ignored.§End§ Press the display key to stoptwo-way record.The maximum recording time is dependenton the memory available on theanswering machine.
