CENSUS RESULTS16From 1994/95 to 2002/03 the increase in production washigher for barley compared to other cereals. Barleyproduction increased by 471 percent from 2,028 tonnesharvested in 1994/95 to 11,589 tonnes harvested in2002/03. This was followed by Maize increased at 14percent.
