Ordinary or Associate (Transferable) Member or a Corporate(Transferable) Member or a Term Member must be supportedby a proposer and a seconder.b. The General Manager/Secretary of the Club shall display theparticulars of an applicant for an Ordinary or Associate(Transferable) Membership or a Corporate (Transferable)Membership or a Term Membership or a Junior TermMembership on the Club’s Notice Board for a period of notless than 2 weeks for the attention of members. Thereafter, heshall present the application to the Management Committeefor consideration.c. Any objection to an application to be an Ordinary or Associate(Transferable) Member or a Corporate (Transferable)Member or a Term Member or a Junior Term Membermay be made only by a Principal Member and this shall be madein writing to the Management Committee for their considerationwithin 2 weeks from the date of display of the name of theapplicant on the Club’s Notice Board.d. The Management Committee’s decision on any application shallbe final. No reason need to be given and its decision shall notbe questioned by any member or the applicant.e. A rejected applicant may not submit another application untilthe expiry of 12 months from the date of rejection.f. The successful applicant shall be notified by the Club andrequested to comply with such conditions as determined bythe Management Committee before the applicant becomes amember.g. Upon compliance, the applicant shall become a member of theClub in such category for which the application was approvedand be entitled to all the benefits and privileges of the categoryand be bound by this Constitution and the Bye-laws.8h. If the applicant does not comply with the conditions by thedeadline mentioned in the notification mentioned in f. above,the application shall be deemed to be rejected subject to thediscretion of the Management Committee to allow an extensionfor compliance on such terms as the Management Committee
