13. A Junior Member who in the opinion of the ManagementCommittee has proven himself to be an asset to the <strong>Club</strong> maybe allowed to pay the conversion fee mentioned under Category 1. Allother Junior Members shall pay the entrance fee as stipulated underCategory 2 to convert as Principal Members.Junior Membership of: Category 1 Category 28 years and above 10% of Current 20% of CurrentEntrance Fee (“CEF”) Entrance Fee (“CEF”)7 years and above 20% CEF 40% CEF6 years and above 30% CEF 50% CEF5 years and above 40% CEF 60% CEF4 years and above 60% CEF 80% CEFBelow 4 years 100% CEF 100% CEF“Current Entrance Fee” means the entrance fee payable foradmission of a Junior Member as a Principal Member at the timethe application is approved.14. The “CEF” unless otherwise determined by the ManagementCommittee, shall be $8,000.15. The Management Committee shall determine whether theconversion fee may be paid by instalments, including the period andquantum of each instalment.16. All instalments must be paid in full before the transfer of amembership to a 3rd party.17. Upon being notified of the approval for the conversion and theconversion fee, the Junior Member shall, within one month from thedate of approval:(a) pay the conversion fee or the first instalment of theconversion fee, and(b) surrender his junior membership card for an appropriatemembership card of a Principal Member, failing which theapproval shall lapse.61
