4. Any spouse or child of any Principal Member or Nominee or TermMember who is not a Spouse Member, Junior Member, ChildMember, Spouse Term Member or Child Term Member and whois not registered as a child dependant with the Club may only beadmitted as a guest.5. Any person whose application for membership to the Club has beenrejected shall not be permitted to be brought in as a guest.6. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to a guest or eject aguest from its premises. Without prejudice to Article 5A.3 of theConstitution, the Host who brought in the ejected guest may becalled upon to answer for the guest’s dressing and/or conduct.7. A guest so ejected shall not be permitted to enter the Club’spremises thereafter.8. Guest fees for guests who use the facilities of the Club shall be$5.35 per guest on weekends and public holidays and $3.21 onweekdays regardless of age.9. Guest fees shall be debited to the relevant account. The Host shallensure that the particulars of the guest are entered in the bookprovided for this purpose and the guest pass or coupon is obtainedprior to the guest using the Club’s facilities, failing which 5 times theapplicable fee for bringing in the guest shall be paid.10. Any member who continually brings in guests without signing them inor deliberately avoids paying guest fees will be liable for disciplinaryaction.11. Any Management Committee member may bring in a special guest ofthe Club such as visitors and VIPs without payment of a fee to the Club.ABSENT MEMBERSHIP1. Any member intending to apply to be an Absent Member must settlehis outstanding account before making the application and must returnhis membership card and car park label with his application.2. Any application is for a minimum of 6 months and to a maximum of5 years and thereafter may be renewed for such period as theManagement Committee may decide.57
