Members shall be fully responsible for the cost of repairs ordamages to the bowling equipment caused by them. The amount ofsuch cost shall be determined by the Management Committee whosedecision shall be final.10. The Management Committee and the relevant committees mayby notification on the Club’s notice board reserve the bowlingcentre for approved tournaments, training sessions and activities.BOOKINGS/OPENING HOURS11. Member may book in person or via telephone through the BowlingReception during opening hours. Booking by proxy is strictlyprohibited.12 On-the-spot booking is based on first-come-first-served basis.13. Booking in advance may be made up to a maximum of seven days.14. Members must produce their membership cards for verificationand sign in at the Bowling Reception before commencing play.15. Members are required to fill up the players’ particulars formincluding the names and account numbers of members playing onmembers’ day as well as the names and guest pass number of guestsplaying on guest days, for facilities booking before commencing theuse of Badminton Court, Bowling Alley, Billiards & Snooker Tables,Squash Courts, Table Tennis Tables and Tennis Courts, failing whichbooking may be withdrawn by the staff in-charge.16. Each booking shall be for one lane for a period of not more thantwo hours. Additional lanes may be assigned subject to availabilityand on the condition that the lanes shall be recalled if there aremembers waiting to bowl.17. Any extension is subject to availability of lanes at point of extension.65
