3. It shall be the duty of registered swimmers and their parents/guardians to acquaint themselves with, and comply with, theSwimming bye-laws including such policies which may be from timeto time introduced for the Club’s swimming programme.4. It shall be the duty of registered swimmers and their parents/guardians to notify the Club in advance in the event they wish todiscontinue swimming training with the Club. In such event, onlynotification made on the Club’s official Withdrawal Form shall bedeemed effective notice.5. During training sessions, parents/guardians shall not interrupt orotherwise interfere with the coaches and shall refrain frominstructing or otherwise approaching any swimmer.6. All parents/guardians are encouraged not to remain on the poolside/pool deck once training is in session.7. The Swimming Sub-Committee and Management Committee reservethe right to change/adjust the swimming training schedule as theydeem fit.8. Upgrading of swimmers shall be recommended by coaches andendorsed by the Swimming Sub-Committee based on the predeterminedupgrading criteria from time to time prevailing.9. The Swimming Sub-Committee reserves the right to amend or adjustthe upgrading criteria as it deems necessary. In such event, theupgrading criteria shall be published by way of circular or on theswimming notice boards.10. All feedback on swimming training or related matters shall beaddressed to the Swimming Sub-Committee and conveyed throughthe Swimming Administrator.83
