Except where the Constitution provides that a membership may betransferred without payment of a transfer fee, the transfer fee forthe transfer of a membership from a Principal Member to a transfereewho satisfies the requirements of the Constitution shall be $6,000plus prevailing GST charges, or such other fee as may be determinedby the Management Committee.10. The transfer fee for the transfer of a membership from aCorporate (Transferable) Member to a transferee who satisfies therequirements of the Constitution shall be $12,000 plus prevailingGST charges or such other fee as may be determined by theManagement Committee.CONVERSION FEES11. A Junior Member who wishes to convert his membership to an Ordinaryor Associate (Transferable) Membership upon attaining the age of 21may apply to the Management Committee for approval to do so.12. The application must be made before the Junior Member attains theage of 21 years.60
