MANAGER/OFFICER’S RIGHTS34. The manager/officer on-duty reserves the right to exercise his/herright to enforce the bye-laws and any other regulations as may bedetermined by the Management Committee or F&B Committee.35. The manager/officer on-duty reserves the right to requestmembers to produce their NRIC for age verification purposesand members are requested to cooperate without questioningOfficer’s decision.36. The staff/security officer/manager on-duty reserves the right torequest any rowdy or drunk member/guest to leave the Barimmediately.INDEMNITY37. The member shall indemnify the Club against any liability that mayarise as a result of any accident and shall bear full responsibilityfor the cost of any damage or defacement of the Bar’s property orfixtures howsoever caused.38. Members shall indemnify the Club for any loss/damage caused toany personal belongings brought into the Bar by them or their guests.PETS39. Animals/pets are prohibited in the Bar.PROHIBITED ITEMS40. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Bar.41. Only bottled drinks and food ordered from Man Zhu Café arepermitted in the Bar. Drinks and food ordered from other sourcesare not permitted.42. Duty-free liquor and wine are not permitted in the Bar.43. Listed liquor and wine are not permitted in the Bar.111
