(ii) The child/grandchild satisfies the requirements for anOrdinary (Transferable) or Associate (Transferable) Member.d. The transferee of a membership from a Life (Transferable)Member shall be an Ordinary (Transferable) Member or Associate(Transferable) Member as the case may be and he shall enjoy allthe rights and privileges of the relevant category ofmembership.5.6 Non-Liability of <strong>Club</strong>a. All persons entering the <strong>Club</strong>’s premises or using the <strong>Club</strong>facilities do so at their own risk and shall be deemed to beaware at all material time of all dangers or risks thereat whethersuch dangers or risks are conspicuous or concealed. They shallbe responsible for their own safety.b. The <strong>Club</strong> shall not be liable to any person for any injury, damageor loss suffered or sustained by the person in or about the<strong>Club</strong>’s premises or by using the <strong>Club</strong> facilities howsoever andwhensoever arising.c. The <strong>Club</strong> shall not be responsible for the safety of any propertyleft at the <strong>Club</strong>’s premises.Article 5A - Guests5A.1 Principal Members, Term Members, Spouse Members, Spouse TermMembers and Nominees may invite guests to enter the<strong>Club</strong>’s premises and use the <strong>Club</strong> facilities upon paymentof guest fees as determined by the Management Committee.5A.2 The <strong>Club</strong> may decline entry to the <strong>Club</strong> and the use of the <strong>Club</strong>facilities to any guest.5A.3 Principal Members, Term Members and Corporate (Transferable)Members shall be responsible for the conduct and debts of theirguests and the guests of their Nominees. Any misconduct or breachof a provision in the <strong>Constitution</strong> or Bye-laws by a guest shall bedeemed to be the misconduct of the Principal Member or TermMember or Corporate (Transferable) Member who invited theguest.14
