five years from the date of being disciplined for such misconduct.11.5 The Management Committee may co-opt any Voting Memberwho is not disqualified from serving, to fill any vacancy in theManagement Committee.11.6 a. A meeting of the Management Committee shall be held at leastonce in two months for which at least seven days’ notice inwriting shall be given to every member of the ManagementCommittee.b. The President or any Vice-President or Club Captain orClub Vice-Captain may call an extraordinary meeting of theManagement Committee at any time by giving immediate noticeto all members of the Management Committee.c. The quorum for a meeting of the Management Committee shallnot be less than one half of its members.11.7 The Management Committee shall have the sole control andmanagement of income and property of the Club including theright to incur any extraordinary expenditure of an amount notexceeding $50,000.00 or a capital expenditure of an amount notexceeding $250,000.00 and also the entire management andsuperintendence of all the affairs and concern thereof, andthe exclusive right of appointing, determining the terms of serviceand remuneration of and removing paid employees of the Clubas it may deem necessary or otherwise in the interest of the Club. Ifthe decision of the Management Committee regarding the capitalexpenditure is not unanimous, such expenditure must receive theapproval of members at a general meeting.11.8 The Management Committee may regulate its own proceedings.11.9 The President shall appoint the Chairperson of any StandingCommittee.11.10 The Management Committee may appoint the other members ofa Standing Committee. The Chairperson of a Standing Committeemay also appoint members of his Standing Committee subject toapproval by the Management Committee.11.11 Any decision to be made by the Management Committee under this23
