FUN POOLGENERAL1. The Club Management may reserve the fun pool for the purposeof holding Club functions.2. The Club Management, lifeguards and duty managers are authorisedto enforce these bye-laws and are empowered to warn persons ofany infringements and whenever appropriate, to request such personsto leave the fun pool or the Club’s premises.3. Notwithstanding these bye-laws, the Club will not be responsible:i. for any accident whether fatal or otherwise, to members,members’ family, guests or their family.ii. for any personal belongings or other effects of members,members’ family, guests or their family, left or lost in the fun poolarea or in the Club’s premises.4. The fun pool will be closed on scheduled days/time for cleaning andmaintenance. The Club Management reserves the right to close thepool for cleaning and maintenance at any time if the need arises.5. Use of Water SlideMinimum Height Prohibited Proper Use of Slide800mm- Those belowminimum height- Adults- Infants in arms- One person per slide- Sit upright while sliding down- Do not perform stunts whileon the slide- Allow the person in front toslide down into the waterbefore taking your turn84
