SQUASH COURTSGENERAL1. Squash courts may be booked and used in accordance withthe Bye-laws herein or any other regulations as set down or asdetermined by the Management Committee or the StandingCommittee concerned. The notice shall be posted on the <strong>Club</strong>’snotice board.2. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a PrincipalMember or Term Member or Nominee of a Corporate Member.They may use the courts outside peak hours on any day. Childrenplaying together during off-peak hours must be supervised bythe member who made the booking. Members are responsible fortheir children.3. Members play at their own risk and the <strong>Club</strong> shall not be responsiblefor any injuries sustained from the use of the squash courts.4. Members shall be fully responsible for the cost of repairs or anydamage caused to the squash courts. The amount of such cost shallbe determined by the Management Committee whose decision shallbe final.5. Smoking, eating and drinking are not permitted within the squashcourts.6. The Standing Committee concerned reserves the right torecommend to the Management Committee to suspend anymember who abuses the Bye-laws governing the use of the squashcourts, in accordance with the <strong>Club</strong>’s <strong>Constitution</strong>.7. The Management Committee and/or the Standing Committeeconcerned reserves the right to utilise the courts even during peakhours for training/teaching sessions by officially appointed <strong>Club</strong>coaches. However, the Standing Committee concerned shallendeavour to minimise the use of courts for training/teaching/ladderactivities during peak hours so that members shall not beunnecessarily deprived of the use of the same.77
