Article 10 - General Meetings10.1 Principal Members may meet in general meetings to discussmatters pertaining to the affairs of the <strong>Club</strong> but only Voting Membersmay propose and second resolutions and vote thereon. Generalmeetings other than the Annual General Meeting referred to inArticle 10.2 below shall be called Extraordinary General Meetings.Annual General Meeting10.2 The Annual General Meeting of the <strong>Club</strong> shall be held in themonth of April each calendar year:a. to confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting andor Extraordinary General Meeting;b. to receive and if approved adopt the annual report;c. to receive and if approved adopt the audited statement ofaccounts of the preceding financial year;d. to elect the President, Vice-Presidents, <strong>Club</strong> Captain, Vice-Captain and other members of the Management Committee;e. to elect Trustees of the <strong>Club</strong>, if necessary;f. to appoint a professional auditor or firm of professionalauditors;g. to deal with any other items on the agenda.10.3 A notice of the Annual General Meeting and its agenda shall beposted at least fourteen days before the Annual General Meeting onthe <strong>Club</strong>’s Notice Board and a copy thereof shall be sent by postto every Principal Member, and no business other than that of whichnotice has been so given shall be brought forward at such ameeting.10.4 The annual report and audited statement of accounts may be sentto all Principal Members with the notice of the Annual GeneralMeeting and in any event, not less than seven days before the AnnualGeneral Meeting.20
