21. When the member booking the court is not present after 10 minutesfrom the commencement of the booking, his booking is deemedcancelled but the slot may be opened to any two players waiting touse the court at that time at the same court charges.22. In the event of power failure or courts rendered unplayable, memberswho have booked the courts and paid for them may carry forwardtheir bookings to another day when the courts are available. Therewill be no refund of booking fees.23. Members are required to use their credit account for all bookings.Junior/Child Members or Child Term Members shall use Nets,where applicable and pay the court fees at the time of booking.24. Court charges will be made for each 60-minute period of playregardless if an advance booking had been made. These charges willbe made through the Club’s Reception Counter.25. Failure to cancel a booking by the member who made the bookingeither by telephone or in person before 12.00pm one day beforethe date of booking automatically renders the member liable for thecharges for the entire duration of the booking.26. Entrance fees and/or booking charges for Club tournaments willbe determined by the Management Committee and/or StandingCommittee concerned.ATTIRE27. The attire may be of any colour or combination of colours.During participation of Club tournaments or friendly matches, nowording shall appear on the front or back of such attire otherthan the manufacturer’s name (e.g. brands of sportswear, Club logoor Club recognised sponsors).28. Shoes must be rubber and non-black marking soles.29. No player is permitted to play in slippers or barefooted.30. Players who do not conform to the bye-laws herein will be askedto leave the court.70
