8. The <strong>Club</strong> shall not be liable for any injury whatsoever or howsoevercaused to a member, his guest or any other person.9. Any member or his guest or any other person breaking or damagingthe property of the <strong>Club</strong> shall pay to the <strong>Club</strong> the cost of makinggood the damage. The amount of such cost shall be assessed by theManagement Committee whose decision shall be final.10. No car, motorcycle or bicycle is allowed to park overnight in the<strong>Club</strong>’s premises unless authorised by the Management Committee.11. Members who park their motor vehicles and bicycles indiscriminatelyin the <strong>Club</strong>’s premises causing obstruction and inconvenience toother members shall be given a maximum of three warnings. Uponthe third warning, the member shall be liable for disciplinary action.12. No member or his guest or any other person shall take away or bepermitted to take away any property of the <strong>Club</strong> from the <strong>Club</strong>’s premises.13. No food or drink other than those served by the <strong>Club</strong> or anyauthorised caterers may be brought into any part of the premises ofthe <strong>Club</strong>, unless permission has been granted by the ManagementCommittee or the General Manager/Secretary.14. No member or his guest or any other person shall allow any animalto be brought into the <strong>Club</strong>’s premises.15. Skateboarding, in-line blading and micro-scootering are not permittedin the <strong>Club</strong>’s premises.16. Members shall behave in a proper and decent mannerwithin the <strong>Club</strong>’s premises. Anti-social habits such as spittingand the use of foul language shall not be permitted. Likewise allpersons entering the <strong>Club</strong>’s premises shall be dressed in a proper manner.Persons in soiled and unkempt clothes and inappropriate footwearor who are dressed in a manner which may cause offence or in anindecent manner shall not be permitted into the <strong>Club</strong>’s premises.17. No member shall take it upon himself to reprimand anyof the <strong>Club</strong>’s staff. All complaints shall be directed, in writing,to the General Manager/Secretary. A member who lodges such acomplaint shall give his full name and membership number and shallbe prepared to substantiate the complaint by personally availing54
