16. Fees for booking of Recreation Room is $4.28 per table per hour.17. Bookings must be for a minimum period of 1 hour per table.Thereafter, any extension will be charged at the applicable hourlyrate.18. Only Principal members, Term Members, Nominee of CorporateMembers, Spouse Members and Spouse Term Members areallowed to book.19. Table allocation will be on a first-come-first-served basis.20. Advance booking is not allowed.21. When booking, members are required to fill in the BookingReceipt in full and provide names and membership account numbersof accompanying players. All players must present their membershipcards to the attendant on duty for checking.22. No play can commence until the members have filled in theBooking Receipt.23. Members are required to use their credit account to pay for allbookings.STUDIOGENERAL1. Members and guests use the facilities at their own risk and theClub shall not be responsible for any mishaps or injury howevercaused, sustained or incurred arising out of or in any way connectedwith the use of the facilities/equipment in the Studio.2. The Studio is strictly reserved for the use of Club organisedactivities and events only. Any unauthorised use of the Studio is strictlyprohibited and anyone found to be misusing the Studio will be subjectto disciplinary action.3.
