member by registered post or by courier to appear before theDisciplinary Committee. The notice shall state the date and timewhen the member is required to appear before the DisciplinaryCommittee. If the member is absent, the Disciplinary Committeeshall have the power to adjourn or proceed with its inquiry.6.10 All decisions of a Disciplinary Committee shall be by a simplemajority.6.11 The Disciplinary Panel shall have the power to do all or some orany of the following: terminate any membership and expel a memberfrom the Club, suspend all or part of his rights and privileges, imposea fine, or reprimand the member, or take other appropriate actionor sanction against him for his misconduct.6.12 An expelled member shall not be readmitted as a member of the Clubor be introduced as a guest. A suspended member shall not beintroduced as a guest during the period of his suspension.Article 7 - Members’ Account and Subscription7.1 Members’ Accounta. Members shall settle fully their outstanding accounts within onemonth of the date for which the statement of account applies.b. Should any member’s account not be settled accordingly, theClub may give notice (“the 1st Notice”) by ordinary post to themember to settle his overdue account within 30 days fromthe date of the notice.c. If any member fails to settle fully his overdue account after the1st Notice, the Club shall give him a second notice (“the 2ndNotice”) by registered post or courier stating that unless hisoverdue account is settled within a further period of 30 days,his name may be posted on the Club’s Notice Board as a Defaulterand upon such posting, all his rights and privileges will besuspended.d. A member whose name has been posted on the Club’s NoticeBoard as a Defaulter cannot enter or take part in any Clubcompetition or in any inter-club match so long as his outstandingaccount is overdue.17
