7. The Management Committee and/or the Standing Committeeconcerned reserves the right to utilise the courts even during peakhours for training/coaching sessions by officially appointed Clubcoaches. However, the Standing Committee concerned shallendeavour to minimise the use of courts for training/coachingsessions during peak hours so that members shall not be unnecessarilydeprived of the use of the same.8. Except with the expressed permission of the Standing Committeeconcerned, no organised badminton classes, teaching or coachingshall be conducted by anyone.9. The Management Committee and/or the Standing Committeeconcerned may, by notification on the Club’s notice boards atleast one week in advance, reserve one or more courts for approvedClub tournaments or matches.10. Approved advertisements from the Club’s sponsors may be displayedduring the period of a match/tournament only.11. The Management Committee and Standing Committee concernedare authorised to enforce these Bye-laws and are empowered towarn players of any infringements and whenever deemed necessary,to request players to leave the badminton court/s or Club’s premises.BOOKING/OPENING HOURS12. Badminton courts may be booked for a minimum period of 1 hourand no part thereof between 7.00am and 10.00pm.13. Bookings may be made in person at the Sports Desk between7.00am and 9.30pm daily. The account number and telephone numberof the member should be given at the time of booking. Bookings shallbe on a first-come-first-served basis. However, preference will begiven to persons booking personally at the Club. There shall be nobooking by proxy.14. Advance booking up to a maximum of 7 days is permitted.15. Membership cards must be produced upon booking of courts.16. Members are required to fill up the players’ particulars formincluding the names and account numbers of members playing on68
