d. Corporate (Transferable) Members(i) Any company is eligible to apply to the Club to be aCorporate (Transferable) Member.(ii) All existing Corporate Members shall be known asCorporate (Transferable) Members and their membershipsshall be known as Corporate (Transferable) Memberships.The existing transferability of such Memberships shallcontinue.e. Associate (Transferable) Members(i) Any non-Chinese Singapore citizen or non-ChineseSingapore permanent resident of 21 years of age and aboveis eligible to apply to the Club to be an Associate(Transferable) Member. His membership shall be anAssociate (Transferable) Membership.(ii) All existing Associate Members shall be known as Associate(Transferable) Members and their memberships shall bedeemed to be converted into Associate (Transferable)Memberships.f. Spouse Members(i) All married persons who become Principal Members,Nominees or Term Members on or after 28 April 2013 arerequired to register their spouse as Spouse Members. Allsingle persons who become Principal Members or TermMembers on or after 28 April 2013 and are subsequentlymarried are also required to register their spouse as SpouseMembers.(ii) With effect from 28 April 2013, an application for PrincipalMembership or Nominee membership by a married personshall not be considered unless accompanied by an applicationfor Spouse Membership for the spouse.(iii) With effect from 28 April 2013, an application for TermMembership by a married person shall not be consideredunless accompanied by an application for Spouse TermMembership for the spouse.(iv) The requirements relating to applications for membershipas in (ii) above shall apply equally to transferees of Principal3
