3. The Club reserves the right to request any member who flouts anyof the bye-laws stated herein to leave the Reading Room.4. The Management Committee reserves the right to change theprovisional bye-laws without prior notice.OPERATING HOURS5. The operating hours shall be as follows:Monday to FridaySaturday, Sunday &Public Holiday: 9.00am to 9.45pm: 8.00am to 9.45pmADMISSION6. The Reading cum Study Room is strictly for the use of PrincipalMembers, Term Members, Spouse Members, Spouse Term Members,Sports Members, Junior/Child Members, Child Term Members andJunior Term Members and Nominee of Corporate Members.7. Children below the age of 12 years must be accompanied by anadult member at all times. The accompanying adult shall beresponsible for the behaviour of the child.DRESS CODE8. The following shall be prohibited:a) Wet attire and swimwear;b) Barefoot, flip-flops, shoes with nails, studs or spikes;c) Any attire deemed objectionable and offensive.OTHERS9. Food, drinks and smoking are not permitted in the Reading cumStudy Room.10. Use of cell phones is not permitted. All cell phones and pagers shouldbe on silent mode in the Reading cum Study Room.11. Maids, infants in arms and perambulators are not permitted in theReading cum Study Room.126
