and beverage levy. Expired credit is not refundable.28. The members’ Statement of Account will reflect the amount ofcredit expiring in the following month. It is the duty of membersto monitor the expiry of the credit. Expiry date of the credit willnot be extended under any circumstances.29. The prevailing rate of GST shall be applicable for the Levy.THE LOBBY1. The Club’s lobby is a transient waiting area for members, theirguests and patrons of the restaurants or facilities. Sleeping onthe seats at the lobby is not allowed.2. The use of personal radio receivers/portable DVD players/CDplayers and/or musical instruments that would cause disturbanceto others is not allowed to be operated in the lobby.3. Removal of any of the Club’s property from the premises is not allowed.4. Moving of the furniture and vandalizing of the furnishings in thelobby are not allowed.5. Placing of one’s feet on the seats and/or tables provided in thelobby is not allowed.6. The tapping of electricity from any power point is not allowed.7. Eating and drinking in the lobby is not allowed.8. Any person who engages in loud conversations and/or whobehaves in a disorderly, aggressive or intimidating manner will berequested to leave the lobby.9. The Club reserves the right to request any member or personwho flouts any of the bye-laws stated herein to leave the lobby.10. Disciplinary action may be taken against those members and/or their guests who persist in flouting the above bye-laws.Patrons of restaurants or facilities may be barred from enteringthe Club indefinitely if they harass or cause any nuisance to anymember, their guests or staff of the Club.63
