Depending on officeenvironment cleanliness and filtration, the chassis air filter mayrequire more frequent servicing.Carefully clean the module with a soft cloth that is dampened withmild detergent.Maintenance RecordIt may be helpful to establish a maintenance record or log for this equipment.
