Positions are relative to the transcription startsite, with the A <strong>of</strong> the ATG at position 1. Sig. (Orig.) indicates the raw significance <strong>of</strong> the marker in the original data set. All significance scores are given as –10 log (p). A score >12 indicates ap value <strong>of</strong> 0.05. <strong>The</strong> Count and Mean columns give the number <strong>of</strong> subjects and the mean values <strong>of</strong> the expression levels in the Marker(+) and Marker(–) groups.
