SASKPOWER OPEN ACCESS TRANSMISSION TARIFFSCHEDULE 8Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission ServiceThe Transmission Customer shall compensate the Transmission Provider for Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service up to the sum of the applicable charges set forth below:1) Monthly Delivery: $2,370/MW of Reserved Capacity per month (calculated as1/12 of the annual delivery charge).2) Weekly Delivery: $547/MW of Reserved Capacity per week (calculated as 1/52of the annual delivery charge.)3) Daily Delivery: $109/MW of Reserved Capacity per day (calculated as 1/5 ofthe weekly delivery charge).The total demand charge in any week, pursuant to a reservation for Daily delivery,shall not exceed the rate specified in section (2) above times the highest amount inmegawatts of Reserved Capacity in any day during such week.4) Hourly Delivery: The basic charge shall be that agreed upon by the Parties at thetime this service is reserved and in no event shall exceed $6.84/MWh (1/16 of thedaily delivery charge). The total demand charge in any day, pursuant to areservation for Hourly delivery, shall not exceed the rate specified in section (3)above times the highest amount in megawatts of Reserved Capacity in any hourduring such day. In addition, the total demand charge in any week, pursuant to areservation for Hourly or Daily delivery, shall not exceed the rate specified insection (2) above times the highest amount in kilowatts of Reserved Capacity inany hour during such week.Page | 98
