<strong>SASKPOWER</strong> <strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>ACCESS</strong> <strong>TRANSMISSION</strong> <strong>TARIFF</strong>Point Transmission Service pursuant to the Tariff. Upon expiry of an UmbrellaAgreement, the Eligible Customer shall submit a new Completed Application forNon-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service if the Eligible Customer wishes toreserve Non-Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service, after which theTransmission Provider shall again offer a standard form Umbrella Agreement tothe Eligible Customer.14.5 Classification of Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service:Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service shall be offered under terms andconditions contained in Part II of the Tariff. The Transmission Providerundertakes no obligation under the Tariff to plan its Transmission System in orderto have sufficient capacity for Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service.Parties requesting Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service for thetransmission of firm power do so with the full realization that such service issubject to availability and to Curtailment or Interruption under the terms of theTariff. In the event that a Transmission Customer, (including Third-Party Sales bythe Transmission Provider) exceeds its non-firm capacity reservation, theTransmission Customer shall pay to the Transmission Provider the applicableSchedule 8 Charges for the amount of capacity that exceeded the Non-FirmReserve Capacity. Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service shall includetransmission of energy on an hourly basis and transmission of scheduled shorttermcapacity and energy on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, but not to exceedsix (6) months’ reservation for any one Application, under Schedule 8.Page | 35
