SASKPOWER OPEN ACCESS TRANSMISSION TARIFF18 Procedures for Arranging Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service18.1 Application:Eligible Customers seeking Non-Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service mustsubmit a Completed Application to the Transmission Provider. Applicationsshould be submitted by entering the information listed below on the OASIS usedby the Transmission Provider. If the OASIS used by the Transmission Provider isnot functioning, a Completed Application may be submitted by: (i) transmittingthe required information to the Transmission Provider by telefax, or (ii) providingthe information by telephone over the Transmission Provider's time recordedtelephone line. Each of these methods will provide a time-stamped record forestablishing the service priority of the Application.18.2 Completed Application:A Completed Application shall provide all of the information listed below:(i)The identity, address, email address, telephone number and facsimilenumber of the entity requesting service;(ii)A statement that the entity requesting service is, or will be uponcommencement of service, an Eligible Customer under the Tariff;(iii)(iv)The Point(s) of Receipt and the Point(s) of Delivery;The maximum amount of capacity requested at each Point of Receipt andPoint of Delivery; and(v)The proposed dates and hours for initiating and terminating transmissionservice hereunder.Page | 47
