SASKPOWER OPEN ACCESS TRANSMISSION TARIFFfirm service reserved or scheduled by third-parties under the Tariff or bythe Transmission Provider on behalf of its Domestic Load Customers.(ii)The sum of all Firm and non-firm Point-To-Point Transmission Serviceprovided to the Transmission Customer at any time pursuant to this sectionshall not exceed the Reserved Capacity in the relevant Service Agreementor agreed on pursuant to an Umbrella Agreement under whichsuchservices are provided.(iii)The Transmission Customer shall retain its right to schedule Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service at the Receipt and Delivery Pointsspecified in the relevant Service Agreement or agreed on pursuant to anUmbrella Agreement in the amount of its original capacity reservation.(iv)Service over Secondary Receipt and Delivery Points on a non-firm basisshall not require the filing of an Application for Non-Firm Point-To-PointTransmission Service under the Tariff. However, all other requirements ofPart II of the Tariff (except as to transmission rates) shall apply totransmission service on a non-firm basis over Secondary Receipt andDelivery Points.22.2 Modifications on a Firm Basis:Any request by a Transmission Customer to modify Receipt and Delivery Pointson a firm basis shall be treated as a new request for service in accordance withSection 17 hereof, except that such Transmission Customer shall not be obligatedto pay any additional deposit if the capacity reservation does not exceed theamount reserved in the existing Service Agreement or agreed on pursuant to anPage | 59
