SASKPOWER OPEN ACCESS TRANSMISSION TARIFFagree to compensate the Transmission Provider for any necessary transmissionfacility additions pursuant to the terms of Section 27. To the extent theTransmission Provider can relieve any system constraint more economically byredispatching the Transmission Provider's resources than through constructingNetwork Upgrades, it shall do so, provided that the Eligible Customer agrees tocompensate the Transmission Provider pursuant to the terms of Section 27. Anyredispatch, Network Upgrade or Direct Assignment Facilities costs to be chargedto the Transmission Customer on an incremental basis under the Tariff will bespecified in the Service Agreement or specified by the Transmission Providerpursuant to the terms of an executed Umbrella Agreement prior to initiatingservice.13.6 Curtailment of Firm Transmission Service:In the event that a Curtailment on the Transmission Provider's TransmissionSystem, or a portion thereof, is required to maintain reliable operation of suchsystem, and the systems directly and indirectly interconnected with theTransmission Provider’s Transmission, Curtailments will be made on a nondiscriminatorybasis to the transaction(s) that effectively relieve the constraint.The Transmission Provider shall implement such Curtailments pursuant to theprocedures included as Attachment H hereto. If multiple transactions requireCurtailment, to the extent practicable and consistent with Good Utility Practice,the Transmission Provider will curtail service to Network Customers andTransmission Customers taking Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service on abasis comparable to the curtailment of service to the Transmission Provider’sPage | 29
