<strong>SASKPOWER</strong> <strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>ACCESS</strong> <strong>TRANSMISSION</strong> <strong>TARIFF</strong>another entity, consistent with Good Utility Practice, which satisfies NERC andMAPP requirements. The Transmission Provider shall not unreasonably refuse toaccept contractual arrangements with another entity for Ancillary Services. TheNetwork Operating Agreement is included in Attachment F.35.3 Network Operating Committee: A Network Operating Committee (Committee)shall be established to coordinate operating criteria for the Parties' respectiveresponsibilities under the Network Operating Agreement. Each NetworkCustomer shall be entitled to have at least one representative on the Committee.The Committee shall meet from time to time as need requires, but no less thanonce each calendar year.Page | 87
