<strong>SASKPOWER</strong> <strong>OPEN</strong> <strong>ACCESS</strong> <strong>TRANSMISSION</strong> <strong>TARIFF</strong>Page 2 of 54.0 The Transmission Customer shall identify any affiliates that own, control or operate anytransmission facilities. If there are none, the Transmission Customer shall include a swornstatement pursuant to Section 6.0 of the Tariff.5.0 This Umbrella Agreement shall remain in effect for a period of ____ years from the dateof execution.6.0 Conditions Precedent6.1 Unless a System Impact Study is required, service under this Umbrella Agreementshall be provided by the Transmission Provider following: a) the submission, by entry onthe OASIS, of a Completed Application for Short-Term Firm or Non-Firm Point-to-PointTransmission Service by an authorized representative of the Transmission Customer; b)the Transmission Provider’s signification on the OASIS that the Completed Applicationhas been accepted; and c) confirmation by the Transmission Customer on the OASISwithin the time frames specified by this Tariff and the Transmission Provider’s businesspractices, unless the Transmission Customer designates that the transaction is preconfirmed.6.2 Where a System Impact Study must be performed for Short-Term Firm Point-to-Point Transmission Service and the Transmission Customer executes a System ImpactStudy Agreement, Transmission Service shall be provided by the Transmission Providerif, after receiving a System Impact Study which indicates that the request can beaccommodated through re-dispatch and the costs of re-dispatch, the TransmissionCustomer provides written confirmation to the Transmission Provider that thePage | 107
