SASKPOWER OPEN ACCESS TRANSMISSION TARIFF30.6 Transmission Arrangements for Network Resources Not PhysicallyInterconnected With The Transmission Provider:The Network Customer shall be responsible for any arrangements necessary todeliver capacity and energy from a Network Resource not physicallyinterconnected with the Transmission Provider's Transmission System. TheTransmission Provider will undertake reasonable efforts to assist the NetworkCustomer in obtaining such arrangements, including without limitation, providingany information or data required by such other entity pursuant to Good UtilityPractice.30.7 Limitation on Designation of Network Resources:The Network Customer must demonstrate that it owns or has committed topurchase generation pursuant to an executed contract in order to designate agenerating resource as a Network Resource. Alternatively, the Network Customermay establish that execution of a contract is contingent upon the availability oftransmission service under Part III of the Tariff.30.8 Use of Interface Capacity by the Network Customer:There is no limitation upon a Network Customer's use of the TransmissionProvider's Transmission System at any particular interface to integrate theNetwork Customer's Network Resources (or substitute economy purchases) withits Network Loads. However, a Network Customer's use of the TransmissionProvider's total interface capacity with other transmission systems may not exceedthe Network Customer's Load.Page | 73
