SASKPOWER OPEN ACCESS TRANSMISSION TARIFFincurred costs by the Transmission Provider through the time construction wassuspended.21 Provisions Relating to Transmission Construction and Services on the Systems ofOther Utilities21.1 Responsibility for Third-Party System Additions:The Transmission Provider shall not be responsible for making arrangements forany necessary engineering, permitting, and construction of transmission ordistribution facilities on the system(s) of any other entity or for obtaining anyregulatory approval for such facilities. The Transmission Provider will undertakereasonable efforts to assist the Transmission Customer in obtaining sucharrangements, including without limitation, providing any information or datarequired by such other electric system pursuant to Good Utility Practice. TheTransmission Customer shallreimburse the Transmission Provider for allprudently incurred costs arising from the Transmission Provider’s obligation toundertake such efforts.21.2 Coordination of Third-Party System Additions:In circumstances where the need for transmission facilities or upgrades isidentified pursuant to the provisions of Part II of the Tariff, and if such upgradesfurther require the addition of transmission facilities on other systems, theTransmission Provider shall have the right to coordinate construction on its ownsystem with the construction required by others.
