SASKPOWER OPEN ACCESS TRANSMISSION TARIFFshall return the Application without prejudice to the Eligible Customer filing anew or revised Application that fully complies with the requirements of thissection. The Eligible Customer will be assigned a new priority consistent with thedate of the new or revised Application. The Transmission Provider shall treat thisinformation consistent with its standards of conduct.29.3 Technical Arrangements to be Completed Prior to Commencement ofService:Network Integration Transmission Service shall not commence until theTransmission Provider and the Network Customer, or a third party, havecompleted installation of all equipment specified under the Network OperatingAgreement consistent with Good Utility Practice and any additional requirementsreasonably and consistently imposed to ensure the reliable operation of theTransmission System. The Transmission Provider shall exercise reasonableefforts, in coordination with the Network Customer, to complete sucharrangements as soon as practicable taking into consideration the ServiceCommencement Date.29.4 Network Customer Facilities:The provision of Network Integration Transmission Service shall be conditionedupon the Network Customer's constructing, maintaining and operating thefacilities on its side of each delivery point or interconnection necessary to reliablydeliver capacity and energy from the Transmission Provider's TransmissionSystem to the Network Customer.
